Great lecture!!. I'm just a hem-onc trainee in a developing country (Colombia). Crossover and censoring are not hot topics among attending physicians here or in 'academic' conferences. Recently, during a lecture, the speaker claimed that postprotocol care in control arms does not resemble real life and that PFS losses might occur as patients move foward treatment lines beyond frontline. I still don't get this argument. Any outlooks about this statement?. Thanks.
